Inventory Manager - Reseller

An Inventory Manager in a reseller business oversees the flow of products from suppliers to storage to customers. They are responsible for ensuring that stock levels are accurate, demand is forecasted correctly, and orders are fulfilled efficiently. Unlike traditional retail roles, reseller inventory managers deal with fast-moving products, supplier relationships, and multi-channel sales platforms.

Inventory Managers track and manage stock across warehouses, ensure timely replenishment, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records. They also monitor slow-moving or excess inventory, optimize storage costs, and support sales teams by ensuring product availability.

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Inventory Manager! In this role, you’ll oversee inventory operations, monitor product flow, and ensure the right items are available at the right time.

As the backbone of our reseller business, you’ll forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize storage to reduce costs and maximize profitability.

Working closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams, you’ll implement control measures, resolve inventory challenges, and drive continuous improvements to maintain seamless product availability and business performance.

• Oversee daily inventory operations across multiple warehouses or storage facilities
• Monitor and track stock levels across multiple sales channels

• Ensure compliance with shipping, labeling, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate data in inventory management software
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in inventory management, preferably in reseller, retail, or e-commerce businesses
• Proficiency with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of multi-channel e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset for demand forecasting
• Strong communication and supplier negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure during high sales periods
