Operations Specialist

An Operations Specialist ensures that all processes in Amazon selling, from inventory to order fulfillment, all run smoothly and efficiently. These Amazon experts work behind the scenes to keep everything organized so products are delivered on time and customers are satisfied.

Operations Specialists are tasked to monitor stock levels, manage order processing, and coordinate with suppliers. With shipments being critical in this business, it is their job to make sure all orders are sent out quickly and correctly. 

Apart from that, Operations Specialists track performance data. They solve any problems in the supply chain and find ways to make operations faster and more cost-effective. They work closely with different teams to ensure orders are handled without delays or mistakes.

Join our eCommerce operations team as an Operations Specialist, where you’ll ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory flow, and operational compliance on Amazon.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day movement of products while keeping performance metrics on track.

You’ll be expected to troubleshoot fulfillment issues, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure our Amazon store meets the highest operational standards. With your attention to detail and problem-solving skills, get to help us maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Monitor sales, conversion rates, and inventory levels for assigned categories.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably Amazon.
• Knowledge of FBA and FBM processes.
• Proficiency in inventory management and order tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
